I was a kid at the age of 12 when I had my first camera. It was a cheap one, but it worked fine. 

When I  became older, the passion still in my veins, I bought a Minolta with standard lenses 18/55mm and a zoom 70/200mm. Most of the time I took pictures of my family. Also, every year, I went to airshows (Koksijde (B)).

and car races in Francorchamps (B).

I  had the camera always with me.

The passion of taking pictures was a little bit drifting away when I found a new hobby: "snooker".

I've played for several years in the honor devision of East-Flanders(B).

I was a self-made man, had to play a lot and for having good results

I needed much practice. I was happy with my game so far...

Years were passing by, people were getting older,

so I stopped playing snooker. This after 30 years!

One day I took again my camera and felt so relieved!

A new chapter of my life had started. 

I became a whole other person when I was connected with nature and everything around... I was about to discover a whole other world.

I felt a fully reborn person. It was a whole new dimension!

​

The places where you can find me now most of the time:

at seas (sunsets), at lakes for taking the long exposure shots, around windmills and farmland. Don't forget the sunrises at the meadows.

 

I'm enjoying it so much... Never going to  stop again! 

Most of my free-time goes to my wife, garden and at least my photography  :)
